Aegis Power Plc was established in January 2013 in order to own and operate sub-500kW Wind Turbine sites in the United Kingdom. Aegis Power Plc, through its subsidiary Aegis Power Bond (No. 1) PLC intends to provide investors with access to the UK grid tied Wind Turbine sector through its GXG listed Bond (GXG: APB). All assets will be backed by a stable income stream in a sector in which the UK Government currently provide guaranteed revenue for up to 20 years. The Company is currently developing a portfolio of wind turbine sites that will either be single 225kW wind turbine or double 225kW wind turbine sites.
