Proplend is a Peer to Peer (P2P) or Marketplace lending platform which offers lenders the opportunity to circumvent the traditional banking system and lend directly to borrowers where the loan is tranched and backed by security over income producing commercial property.
Borrowers gain access to lending that may otherwise not be currently available. Lenders are in control, they decide who to lend to, at what rate and how much to lend. The Proplend USP is our tranched loan which allow lenders with different risk profiles & return requirements to all participate in the same loan.
